

























Prices for Spanish Language, Culture and Homestay Program
SPANISH PROGRAM: GROUP CLASSES consist of four hours per day intensive language study from Monday to Friday, offered mornings or afternoons, according to available levels. Prices include course and registration fees for both the Heredia and the Sámara Beach campus, textbook, and materials. Max. number of students per class is 6, minimum 2. Classes containing only 1 student may be reduced to 3 hours per day instead of 4.
NOTE: Please see NATIONAL and SCHOOL HOLIDAYS at the end of this page, for the days on which classes will not be held at Intercultura. There are no discounts for the weeks that contain a holiday day. Those which fall on weekends do not affect your stay. Holidays that fall between Tuesday and Thursday may be moved to Friday in order to give a long weekend. Homestays are not affected.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Homestays (7 nights) in Heredia and Sámara include breakfast, dinner, laundry facilities and private room. In Sámara, several hotel options are available. See www.samaralanguageschool.com/prices.html for details.
OTHER: Weekend excursions and additional cultural activities are offered at a small cost. Friends and family are welcome to join us for these when space permits.
Please note that per-week prices are discounted for longer stays, providing all weeks are registered and paid for at the beginning of the program.
Extensions during the 1st four weeks that are made after the program has begun will not be given discounted rates, but will be charged at the basic 1st-week rate. After the first 4 weeks, however, additional weeks are offered at a discounted rate.
NOTE: We do not recommend paying by credit card, as banks charge a high percentage or fee for foreign transactions. Reservations will be guaranteed with a credit card number or a 20% deposit. No refunds are given after the program has begun, except in the case of a documentable emergency, in which case 50% of the unused portion of the fees may be returned at the discretion of the administration.
